The Molift Basic Bathing sling is based upon the same design principles of the Molift Basic sling.
Absence and removal of padding from the sling provides and allows greater flexibility and use in situations where patient lifting would otherwise be difficult or restricted. As with the Molift Basic sling, the Molift Basic Bathing sling is anatomical in design and based around the natural curvature of the spine to provide a more comfortable and natural environment for the patient whilst preventing any sliding or slipping during lift.
Comfortable water resistant fabric netting that resists moisture to dry quickly.
Through its comfortable, water resistant polyester fabric, the Molift Basic Bathing sling is the multi-purpose 4-point sling specifically created for patient use in shower, bathing and swimming pool situations.

The Molift Basic Bathing sling is able to provide correct positioning during every lift. Whether in sitting to sitting situations such as lifting from a chair to a bath, or sitting to lying situations such as lifting from a wheelchair to reclining in a swimming pool, the Molift Basic Bathing sling always ensures correct patient positioning and provides optimal stability and support. Through non restricting shoulder hoops that allow the sling to move naturally during the lift, the Molift Basic Bathing sling ensures a smooth and comfortable lift for the patient, free from sudden or abrupt movement.
In seated situations such as during washing and bathtub use, the Molift Basic sling can be easily locked into an upright position to prevent the sling from slipping. Whilst fully adjustable forward leg hoops allow for more reclined and rested positions to provide increased support and reassurance for the patient.

Maintenance
Molift recommend regular inspection of any patient sling, especially after washing. Always ensure to check slings carefully for signs of visible wear or damage, paying particular attention to seams, fabric straps and loops. Remember only to use undamaged slings during patient lifts.
